Good news...our dog finally arrives today! We will see how he adapts to German life. We all are still trying to adjust. Three out of four of us cried in the last 24 hours. One was exhausted and still adapting to time change, one had a nightmare that no one wanted to play with her at the new school, and the other one cried because she was totally isolated on top of a mountain in a new house with no English speakers and no internet and no phone. (I will let you guess who was who!)
We are in the hotel for several more days as our sea shipment did not clear customs in time. So we wait until next Tuesday to finally move into the new house. Family and friends who want to contact me: I still have no way to call but I can always do email or google hangouts.

You have been so strong for so long. It was time to let some of the stress out! Things are going well here. I can't wait until I have a phone where we can google hangout.
ReplyDeleteWe've been thinking about you guys! My boys and I had some crazy dreams too when we moved, so I really feel for you. Seeing the picture of Kayla chasing the pigeons reminded me so much of Noah when we were in Europe! Hugs from Seattle!
