Waiting...

We are patiently waiting for our "normal" life to start.  Our house shipment arrives tomorrow so hopefully in a few days we will be out of this hotel!  Tomorrow the girls start their new school, "Heidelberg International School" and they are very excited. Brenna's teacher is Scottish and Kayla's teacher is from the UK, so I am sure we will hear a lot of accents in the next few weeks!

I (Michele) drove on the Autobahn today for the first time!  It was nerve-wracking to watch for all the street signs (most of which I didn't understand).  But we survived thanks to my driving coach and awesome husband.  Yesterday we went to the Ikea in Mannheim and I was not sure if Nicholas was going to survive that.  Five hours in a completely packed building... and we managed to buy just five items!  The girls are learning that every new experience can be frustrating and time-consuming, but the next time is always easier.

We were able to visit the school on Friday.
